• Do you take on small jobs? — Yes. The minimum charge is one hour's labour plus materials, and we're happy to batch several small items into a single visit which is usually the cheapest way to clear a snagging list.
• Can you work in occupied properties? — Yes. Our operatives are thoroughly vetted, we can agree access directly with the tenant if you'd prefer, and we work clean with dust sheets and a full clear-up.
• Do you offer maintenance contracts? — Yes. Planned maintenance can run monthly, quarterly or annually with agreed rates and priority response. For multi-site arrangements, ask about our facilities management service.
