One contractor, every trade need

CTN Property Services started because of a common problem that usually occurs when landlords, agents and homeowners need to hire contractors and tradesmen. They'd normally hire a plumber for the leak, a cleaner for the turnaround, a gardener for the overgrown back, a decorator for the hallway and so on. That means managing multiple companies and schedules with nobody to rely on to responsibly oversee the property as a whole.

So we built the contractor we'd want to call. Every trade under one roof, one person who knows what's happening on your job, and photographs on completion so you can see the result whether you're around the corner or on the other side of the world.

Today we work across London, Greater London and the surrounding counties and we work with private landlords and portfolio owners, letting and managing agents, block and facilities managers, homeowners and businesses. Jobs can range from an hour of handyman work to a full property refurbishment, and from a fortnightly grounds round to a 3am burst pipe. Most of our work comes by recommendation, and we work hard to keep it that way.
