Cleaning and Clearance

A clean property lets faster, sells better and gets fewer complaints. We clean to a standard that stands up to a check-out inventory clerk, not a quick wipe-round We'll also clear the waste at the same time, which is the part most cleaning companies leave you to sort out yourself.

We work for landlords and agents on tenancy turnarounds, for households on regular and one-off cleans, and for businesses and block managers on scheduled commercial and communal cleaning. Waste is removed in accordance with the Environment Agency regulations, and documents provided, so you're covered on duty of care.

What's included

• Domestic cleaning — regular weekly or fortnightly cleans, one-off spring cleans, after-builders cleans and pre-sale or pre-viewing presentation cleans.
• Commercial cleaning — offices, retail units, communal areas, stairwells, bin stores and washrooms, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule with keyholding if needed.
• End-of-tenancy cleaning — a full deposit-standard clean including oven, extractor, appliances, inside cupboards, limescale removal, internal windows, carpets and skirting, with a photo report for the check-out file.
• Deep cleaning — kitchens and bathrooms restored, mould and limescale treatment, degreasing, sanitising and specialist cleans for HMOs, void properties and properties in poor condition.
• Waste clearance — house and flat clearances, garage, loft, shed and garden clearance, fly-tipped waste, bulky furniture and appliance removal, builders' waste and void property strip-outs, all removed by a licenced waste carrier.

1. Tell us the size and standard — number of bedrooms, current condition, whether furniture is going, and the deadline.

• Will the clean pass a check-out inspection? — That's the standard we work to. If an inventory clerk raises a fair point about our work, we'll return and put it right at no cost.
• Do you remove the waste as well? — Yes. We'll provide transparent quotes for both and the waste leaves with us under a licensed carrier.
• Can you clean a property that's still tenanted? — Yes, by arrangement. We'll coordinate access directly with the tenant if you'd rather not.
