We cover everything from a fortnightly grounds maintenance round on a block to one-off roofing and fencing repairs. Work at height is carried out with proper access equipment and method statements, and we're happy to provide photographs from roof level so you can see exactly what was found and what was done.

• Gardening and grounds maintenance — grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, borders, leaf clearance, seasonal tidy-ups and scheduled rounds for blocks and estates.

• Fencing — new fence installation, panel and post replacement, gates, trellis, concrete gravel boards, storm damage repairs and boundary reinstatement.
• Roofing — slipped and broken tiles, ridge and hip repointing, flashing, flat roof patching and recovering, chimney repairs, leak tracing and emergency temporary covering.
• Exterior repairs and decoration — brickwork and pointing, render patching, external painting, window and door repairs, security lighting and general fabric repairs.
