Concierge & front of house

For blocks and developments we provide front-of-house staff who do far more than sign for parcels: managing access, logging contractors in and out, keeping an eye on CCTV, enforcing house rules with tact, and acting as the everyday face of the building. A good concierge lifts how a building feels to live in — and how it lets and sells.

Vacant property care

Empty properties deteriorate quickly and attract exactly the attention you don't want — and most insurers require regular documented inspections to keep cover valid on a vacant property. We carry out scheduled visits with photographic reports, run heating to protect against frost, clear post, and make the property look lived-in. If something's wrong, we're the first to know, and we handle it.

Cover that fits the property

Security needs vary enormously — a pied-à-terre needs different cover from a 120-unit development. We'll assess honestly and quote precisely, whether that's daily concierge cover or a fortnightly vacant-property check.
