What we provide

• Regular housekeeping for private residences — weekly or more frequent visits by trusted, DBS-checked housekeepers, with linen and laundry service where needed
• End-of-tenancy cleans to inventory standard, so deposit deductions are evidenced and new tenancies start spotless
• Serviced accommodation changeovers — hotel-standard cleans, linen and consumables between stays, on same-day turnarounds where required
• Communal area cleaning for blocks and estates — lobbies, stairwells, lifts and bin stores on an agreed schedule with sign-off sheets
• Deep cleans and specialist work — post-works builders' cleans, carpet and upholstery, high-level and external glazing

Wherever possible we assign the same vetted team to your property on every visit — and because they work alongside our maintenance side, small issues get reported and fixed rather than cleaned around.

Standards you can check

Every clean works to a written specification agreed with you — room by room, task by task. For blocks and serviced properties we add photographic sign-off, so the standard is evidenced rather than assumed. If something isn't right, you tell us once and it's fixed on the next visit — or sooner.
