3. Below your pre-agreed authorisation limit, we just fix it. Above the limit, you get a quote and the decision.
4. The work is checked, the invoice goes on your statement at cost, and the photos live in your property's file.

Our contractors are the same ones we'd put in our own homes: Gas Safe engineers for anything gas, NICEIC-registered electricians for anything electrical, and insured, references-checked trades for everything else.
